At present, most of the breweries in China label their products with traditional polyvinyl alcohol and other types of synthetic trademark glue. Due to poor water resistance, the trademark will fall off when soaked in water for about one hour. Although casein binders have good water resistance, special production processes are required to have a certain water resistance. In particular, casein, which is the main raw material for producing casein gum, is produced by processing milk. The source is limited and the price is expensive. Currently, the market price of casein trademark rubber is about 18,000 yuan per ton, making it difficult for most beer companies to accept.

A new type of water-resistant trademark glue developed for the above problems will not fall off when soaked in normal-temperature water for about one month, but it can be quickly de-labeled in a high-temperature alkaline washing liquid and has excellent alkali detergency. This product has been used by breweries in Guangdong, Henan and other places with good results.
